Perplexity Million Dollar Question Sweepstakes

Participate in the Perplexity Million Dollar Question Sweepstakes and stand a chance to win a $1 Million dollar cash prize.

How To Participate: The Sweepstakes begins at 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on February 9, 2025, and ends at upon the conclusion of the professional football game between the team from Kansas City and the team from Philadelphia happening on the same day, including any overtime periods, which is expected to be approximately 7:30 p.m. PT on February 9, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). To participate in the Sweepstakes, you are first required to enter into the Sweepstakes by following the instructions in (a) below, and then you may receive additional entries to increase your chances of winning by following the instructions in (b) and (c) below.

How to Enter: You must be a current Perplexity user to be eligible for this Sweepstakes, so entrants must either have an existing Perplexity user account or must activate a new Perplexity user account to enter the Sweepstakes. To enter, you must download the Perplexity mobile app and create a free account or sign in to your existing account. Then, during the Sweepstakes Period, open the Perplexity mobile app and click on the link to confirm your participation in the Sweepstakes. Upon completing either action, you will be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes.
3. Entry Limits: By completing the action in (i) above, an Entrant will receive one (1) “entry” into the Sweepstakes.

How to Receive Additional Entries: After you have signed up to participate in the Sweepstakes and during the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Perplexity mobile app to receive your custom referral link. During the Sweepstakes Period, share your referral link with friends and family for additional entries into the Sweepstakes. When, during the Sweepstakes Period, once an individual downloads the Perplexity mobile app, creates a free Perplexity account using your custom referral link and asks a question, you will receive a "Qualified Referral Entry" into the Sweepstakes.
6. Entry Limits: For each “Qualified Referral Entry”, an Entrant will receive one (1) additional “entry” into the Sweepstakes. There is a maximum of twenty (20) entries for each Entrant based on the number of Qualified Referral Entries.

How to Receive Additional Entries: After you have signed up to participate in the Sweepstakes and during the Sweepstakes Period, visit the Perplexity mobile app to ask questions using the Perplexity Platform. For each question you ask during the Sweepstakes Period, you will receive an additional entry into the Sweepstakes.
9. Entry Limits: For each question you ask during the Sweepstakes Period, an Entrant will receive one (1) additional “entry” into the Sweepstakes. There is a maximum of five (5) entries for each Entrant based on the number of questions asked using the Perplexity mobile app. For the avoidance of doubt, regardless of the number of questions asked during the Sweepstakes Period, the maximum number of entries an Entrant can receive from asking questions is five (5) entries

There is a limit of twenty-six (26) entries per person. Normal time rates, if any, charged by the entrants’ Internet service or mobile provider will apply.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received within the Sweepstakes Period.

When submitting their entry, Entrants are required to provide complete and truthful information. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Perplexity’s sole and absolute discretion.

Prize: One (1) grand prize will receive a $1,000,000 (ARV: USD $1,000,000).
