Finalist Prizes: Two (2) Finalists who are not selected as the Grand Prize Winner will each be eligible to receive a finalist prize (“Finalist Prize”) consisting of $20,000 (awarded in the form of a wire transfer or check), payable to the Finalist. The Total ARV of each Finalist Prize is $20,000. Total ARV of Finalist Prizes is $40,000.
Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will receive a prize consisting of the Game Trip Prize (defined below) and $1,000,000, payable to Grand Prize Winner. If a Game Trip Winner is unable to attend the Game for any reason, including inability to obtain a visa for travel, the Game Trip Winner forfeits the Game Trip Prize portion of the Finalist Prize and Grand Prize as applicable and no cash equivalent shall be awarded.
